On the weekend of February 6th – 8th, The Map House exhibited at the 22nd Annual Miami International Map Fair.
This event showcased antique maps, rare books, panoramas and atlases. A weekend in which anyone is able to view, buy, and discuss antique maps from some of the largest map dealers in the world.
We took the opportunity to introduce a few extraordinary pieces new to our collection.

- Our eye-catching pictorial wall map of China caught the attention of many a passer by
- Philip in interview with local radio on the investment opportunities in antique maps.
- A map still under debate! Could the manuscript additions on the 1802 Arrowsmith map of the United States imply the map is a proof of the publishers workshop?
- Fascinating manuscript world map in pencil, pen and black ink that would have acted as a proof for the Illustrated London News. Marking the international oil refineries of the mid 20th century.
